Sharing your knowledge is very much encouraged. We are always open to new ideas as long as they are relevant and contribute to all of us.

Here are a few guidelines to follow if you are interested in submitting your article:

1- Give a clear title, stating the category the article belongs to (EFT, Nutrition etc...)

2- Your article should have an introduction, a body and a conclusion.

3- Make it as clear and succinct as possible so it can be reader friendly.

4- Check your spelling and grammar...

5- Do relevant research and cite your resources if you have used any.

It will take a little while to publish the article if considered eligible, you will receive a notification by email if your article is published.
